I. Return policy 

General policy

- Item’s packaging still intact, has not been opened/used.
            - Request to return item has to be made within 3 days of purchasing date.
            - Qhome will not be held responsible for any breakage, missing item occurring post-delivery.
            - Please check the quality, quantity and packaging upon delivery.


- We will happily replace your item in case there has been a technical defect (missing decal, cracks, missing glaze).


- We only accept return and refund if the item delivered is not the same as it is shown on the website.

 Lladro’s products

            - For Lladro’s products, the items can be eligible for return and refund in any case if you confirm upon delivery.

 2nd Shipping cost

- The customer will bear the shipping cost for return/redelivery except for 2 cases:

            1. The items delivered were defective/broken.
            2. Lladro’s products.

III. Refund:

Qhome will send the refund according to the details that have been given upon purchase.

IV. Warranty:

              Products sold by Qhome do not have warranty.
