I. Return policy
- Item’s packaging still intact, has
not been opened/used.
- Request to
return item has to be made within 3 days of purchasing date.
- Qhome will not
be held responsible for any breakage, missing item occurring post-delivery.
- Please check
the quality, quantity and packaging upon delivery.
- We will happily replace your item
in case there has been a technical defect (missing decal, cracks, missing glaze).
- We only accept return and refund if
the item delivered is not the same as it is shown on the website.
For Lladro’s products, the items can be eligible for return and refund in any
case if you confirm upon delivery.
- The customer will bear the shipping
cost for return/redelivery except for 2 cases:
1. The items
delivered were defective/broken.
